Walker Family Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.


We are looking for self-driven and motivated individuals that want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast paced, upbeat and results driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top notch and we will take care of getting you up to speed in your new career. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Must be honest, hardworking, maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to work in a team environment Must obtain a property and casualty insurance license

Responsibilities

Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency Identify sales opportunities within the agency's current book of business Perform policy reviews with current customers Active outreach to current customers as well as past customers and people that have been quoted in the past. Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry
