Seeking a driven, resourceful, and highly motivated Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a top performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and consistently exceeds sales targets.
Insurance Customer Service Requirements:
Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty, Life and Health License within 90 days
2 Year of Phone Experience
1 Year of insurance customer service experience
Ability to discuss policies with current policy holders to uncover additional needs they may have
Work hours M-F 8:30-5, weekends and evenings by appointment only.
2 Years of Sales
Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities :
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders
Uncover additional needs the policy holder might have (ie: adding a homeowners policy to their auto insurance policy)
Use current book of business to renew and add additional policies

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
