Compensation:


$150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting and office recruiting Manage policy renewals and provide ongoing client support Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activity Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and state regulations

Qualifications:

Background or experience in agriculture is a plus Ability to manage office operations and hire staff Proven success in sales, business, or personal achievements Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing and sales plans is required Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
