We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Summary and Qualifications:



As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will receive access to a designated senior-level mentor for training, best-in-business marketing analysis, and lead generation mapping. This is a

fully commissioned role operating on a 1099 contract

, allowing you to take ownership of your success. If you're a self-starter with a passion for helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a positive impact in your community.

What you will do in this role:



? Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients- traveling to meet clients in their home and discuss policies and pricing.

? Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients based on trust and integrity.

? Travel within your market area to meet with leads- you set the radius you want to work.

? Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services- we offer a four week training program to get you comfortable and provide you tools for success.

? Complete administrative duties related to contracts and client management.

What qualifications you will need:



? Insurance license is preferred but not required.- we will help you get licensed if you are not already. This would require taking an online self paced course (1-3 weeks) to sit for your state license exam.

? Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

? Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

? Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fully commissioned 1099 role.

? Previous sales or insurance experience, military, and prior athletes are encouraged to apply!
