Job Description

Requirements:

  • Insurance licenses a plus but not necessary to start
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Excellent computer, verbal, and written communications skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and help walk-ins
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle billing issues.
  • Assist insureds with any questions they have.
  • Issue certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain policy calendars
Benefits:
Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience
