Elite Sourcing has been retained to locate an Associate Attorney \xe2\x80\x93 in Tulsa, OK \xe2\x80\x93 salary range $80K-$95K - DOE, Hybrid Position

Growing office of a multi-state boutique defense litigation firm specializing in complex litigation, has an immediate need for an associate (licensed 3+ years in OK) to work on a variety of interesting cases that call for you to think outside of the box.

The right candidate will be willing to work together as a team in a very active practice with various partners, associates, and paralegals. Three years of experience in insurance defense preferred, but the right candidate can be newly licensed if they can show a strong interest in litigation practice in law school\xe2\x80\x94such as Trial Tactics, moot court, etc. Experience in employment law, construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability, insurance coverage, and/or Stowers Demands is a bonus.

Qualifications: JD from accredited law school and license to practice in Oklahoma. The right candidate will be a self-starter and able to work within a fast-paced, demanding environment. They will also possess strong attention to detail, willingness to adhere to longstanding firm protocols, experience in analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting legal documents as well as superior logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessity as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
