Job Description
Join the Wells Insurance Team, we are looking for a highly motivated individual that can earn unlimited income as a Personal Lines CSR (home/auto) in our busy offices. We have 2 locations, Lake Placid and Sebring. The Sebring location would mainly be where this position is based on most days, but you would float to the other location when needed. A 220 or 440 Insurance Licensed is preferred, but we will train the right individual. We are an independent insurance agency and offer many competitive carriers. Our agency offers bonuses, health, retirement, PTO and other benefits.
Responsibilities:
Day to day activities include:
Helping clients (by phone and in office) Recommending and Quoting products Closing sales Continuously prospecting for sales opportunities Collecting premiums from policyholders. Responding promptly to policyholder service requests Keeping records, accounting for money collected and processing paperwork Using our agency interface computer system (Applied Systems) As well as other items
