part-time

or

full-time

with

flexible mid-day

Requirements

Must be experienced in P&C Customer Service. Pay structure is based upon experience & expertise. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Strong work ethic. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Experience with Outlook/email and adminstrative tasks. Possess the ability to handle objections. Previous marketing experience a plus. Proficiency in data processing and documentation. Highly Proficient with attention to detail. Professional Phone Etiquette.

Responsibilities

--------------------

Schedule appointments for agent and agency producers. Assist in claims reporting. Process administrative tasks including document processing. Assist with commercial insurance renewal documentation. Process policy changes as needed. Process policy billing issues and documentation alerts. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity. Process acord forms for renewing commercial policies. Warm calls to existing clients and referrals.
