Requirements



Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases Multilingual proficiency enhances your ability to connect with a broader range of customers Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively Demonstrated data entry accuracy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Experience in sales or client services is advantageous for upselling opportunities Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify service improvement areas Basic computer skills including navigating multiple software platforms efficiently Cash handling experience ensures smooth processing of payments when required Typing speed and accuracy support efficient documentation of customer interactions
