We work directly with employers to help expand their employee benefit options, while helping to solve key issues many companies face.

Role Responsibilities:

Communicate the Value of Aflac's Products & Services Generate Sales via Networking, Referrals & Cold Calls Schedule & Conduct Employer Presentations Educate Employees on Benefit Options & Support Enrollment Needs Provide Claims Support to New & Existing Clients

Requirements:

Must be at Least 18 Years Old Authorized to Work in the US w/out Need of Current or Future Employer-Sponsored Work Authorization
The selected candidate will adhere to a structured work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM for the first

8 weeks

of employment. This period will focus on comprehensive training and skill development.

Upon successful completion of the training plan, employees will have the opportunity to transition to a flexible work schedule. Please note that flexibility in scheduling is

earned

based on performance and is not granted automatically.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their commitment and proficiency during the initial training phase.
