Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Manage territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Track sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management or business development is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience in territory management, direct sales, or retail sales is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies for generating leads.
