We are a growing local insurance agency looking for a motivated Insurance Agent who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being rewarded for effort.
This in office role is focused on selling new business, servicing clients, and building a book of business that continues to pay over time. You will work with a mix of agency provided leads and through your own networking efforts.
What We're Looking For
Experience in insurance or sales is a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who is:
Motivated and dependable, comfortable working directly with clients
Sales driven mindset with a strong work ethic
Eager to learn, continually improve, and comfortable learning new software
Organized with the ability to manage follow ups and priorities
A team player that works well with others
Responsibilities
Sell auto, home, business, life, and health insurance policies
Work with top rated carriers in both personal and commercial insurance
Generate new business through networking and referrals
Follow up with prospects and build long term client relationships
Service your own clients with renewals, changes, and coverage reviews
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary, plus commission
Commission paid on new and renewal business

9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
