Responsibilities:
Meet with individuals and families to assess their financial protection needs
Educate clients on life insurance and retirement solutions
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
Complete state licensing (with our guidance every step of the way)
Mentor and lead others as you grow into leadership roles
Qualifications:
Driven, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and people skills
Sales, customer service, or consulting experience is a plus (not required)
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
MUST be open to
growth, personal development, and leadership training
