```Duties```
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

```Skills```
- Retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong outside sales skills with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
- Knowledge of insurance market trends and products
- Previous experience in insurance sales preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent telemarketing skills to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Experience in benefits administration or sales administration is a bonus
