Position Overview:

As an Insurance Producer, you'll be the face of our agency -- helping clients protect what matters most. This is a sales-driven role with unlimited income potential. You'll build lasting relationships, generate leads, and close sales across multiple lines of insurance including auto, home, life, and commercial.

Responsibilities:

Develop leads and build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach. Educate clients on insurance options and tailor solutions to fit their needs and budget. Provide quotes and follow up on sales opportunities. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and Farmers Insurance products. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Required:

Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Preferred:

Life & Health License Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve goals High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Ability to pass background check and licensing requirements
