ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that meet their needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking and marketing efforts. Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy reviews. Provide ongoing client service, including policy updates and support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM/ agency management systems. Meet Sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service and sales preferred. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
