RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Overcome objections and offer solutions that meet customer's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Obtain required licensing. Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
