As an

Insurance Account Rep-State Farm Agent Team Member,

you'll do more than sell and service insurance -- you'll help customers protect what matters most while building a career with purpose. In this role, you'll play a key role in driving local sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building within your community and surrounding areas. You'll identify gaps in auto, home, business, life, and health insurance by offering products that ensure comprehensive protection. Building strong referral relationships in your community will be essential to your success.



Candidate must hold insurance licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (possess now or acquire asap).

We'll invest in your success from day one -- eligible new hire will be eligible for licensing fee reimbursements after 3 mths, if unlicensed



What You'll Do





Drive Local Impact:



Prospect and actively generate leads in your community through networking, referrals, events, and outreach.

Build genuine relationships and become a known, trusted resource in your local market.



Deliver Tailored Solutions:



Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend the right mix of insurance products.

Identify gaps in existing coverage and provide customized solutions to ensure full protection for customers and their families.



Build our agency's brand:



Develop a personalized marketing plan to drive outreach and local visibility.

Stay current on industry and marketing trends to adapt your strategy effectively.



What You Bring:



Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (possess or must obtain asap)




Similar experience preferred

Skilled at leveraging personal and professional connections to grow our business

A passion for relationship-building, networking, and community engagement

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Persuasive skills

Strong work ethics



Compensation:



Base comp commensurate with insurance licenses and experiences

Total Compensation: Base (doe) and Incentive Bonus based on production

Paid time off

Profit sharing plan

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm hours (no weekends or evenings)

Continuous training
