RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and contact potential clients through calls, networking, referrals and community engagement.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Present and explain insurance policy options in a clear and professional manner.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before start of employment).
