Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Insurance Account Manager to manage client accounts, provide excellent customer service, and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping clients with their insurance needs.
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer, organizational, and time management abilities. Enjoy interaction with people Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Valid Property Casualty insurance license.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide direct support to customers and prospects Address client inquiries and resolve issues. Preparation of insurance quotes, proposals, and applications Manage and update client accounts. Educate clients on insurance products. Assist with policy renewals, changes, and billing. Prepare documents and materials for prospect and client meetings No cold calling or soliciting required

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
