THIS IS A 1099 POSITION

This role involves the installation of various types of insulation materials (blown-in cellulose, spray foam, batt insulation) in attics, walls, and crawlspaces.

Previous experience is required.

Install insulation materials in residential and light commercial buildings. Assess insulation needs and ensure proper material coverage and installation techniques. Prepare job sites, including removal of old insulation and sealing of gaps. Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers, and team members. Document work performed and ensure quality control on every job.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, batt). Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces). Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. English or Spanish language skills (not required but a plus). SSN or ITIN for tax purposes.

Compensation:

$18-$26 per hour based on experience and skill level.
