The Weatherize Guyz, LLC is looking to hire an experienced weatherization/insulation installer however we are willing to train a hard working individual who can at minumum use basic hand tools. The ideal candidate would have experience working in the NHSAVES program MASSaves program or in the low income program. This person will be on time to work daily and assist crew chiefs in daily activities such as loading the truck keeping trucks clean and organize and daily activities that include Attic air sealing, Blowing cellulose and fiberglass insulation, removing and replacing siding as needed to insulate exterior walls, Working in crawl spaces and working on extension ladders sometimes up to 3 stories. Our crews include one crew chief and 2 installers the average work day is 630am - 500 pm . We are looking for serious people that show up on time every day! Pay is based on experience. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Year round work and we work in all weather conditions hot and cold
