Under general supervision the Instrument Technician is responsible for performing/providing calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and documentation of instruments, process control systems, and equipment used in manufacturing, utility plants, and analytical labs. All work to be completed to assure minimal impact to production while complying with cGMP regulations.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Instrumentation plus 2 years of Maintenance experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma/GED plus 4 years of Maintenance experience.
Instrument technician will be supporting manufacturing and maintenance activities related to Master Production Schedule. In addition, resource will be supported execution of calibration PM, repair activities and troubleshooting equipment and system. The following calibrations will be performed UV, Temperature, Pressure, Weight, Conductivity, pH among others required based on manufacturing and utilities process design.
