$2000 Sign-on Bonus

The HVAC-R Instructor will maintain instructional methodology consistent with YTI Career Institute's learning model and to tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students that will ultimately cause students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation.

No teaching experience required. Training will be provided.

Position Requirements:

3 to 5 years of work experience as an HVAC Technician

EPA and OSHA Certifications preferred

Strong organizational skills Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great interpersonal skills
