What you will be doing:

You'll be responsible for providing foundation course instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with government and management directives.

Job responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and conduct the foundation program and other activities, in accordance with corporate guidelines and approved schedule. Provide explicit instruction in study skills and employment readiness by motivating and counseling students. Select, develop and implement instructional material that aligns with career technical training, key academic and career success standards. Administer and correct tests maintain progress and activities. Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student, using background files, personal interviews, tests and a variety of other assessment tools.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, education, or related field and one year related experience required. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
