Position Overview
Join the team that brings the joy of skiing and snowboarding to life. As a Non-Certified Instructor at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort you'll help guests of all ages discover confidence, fun, and belonging on the snow. Whether you're guiding a first-time skier, encouraging a returning rider, or helping a family create lifelong memories, your role shapes the experience guests take home from Cooper Spur
Instructors spend more one-on-one time with guests than any other team member, making this position essential to our mission of growing snowsports in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. You'll teach group and private lessons, foster a culture of safety, and create an atmosphere where learning feels exciting and accessible.
This role is perfect for strong skiers and riders who are passionate about sharing their love of the mountain, eager to develop their teaching skills, and excited to be part of a collaborative and uplifting team. With training, coaching, and plenty of on-snow time, you'll grow both personally and professionally while helping others fall in love with winter.
If you're enthusiastic, guest-focused, and ready to make a positive impact on every turn--this is your chance to join a crew that celebrates adventure, connection, and the magic of the mountain.
