1.0 FTE Instructional Coach - Technology, Data & Assessment Focus (INTERNAL ONLY)

Terms of Employment:

Per Negotiated Contract plus 10 Additional Days

Salary:

$50,000 (BA, 0) plus 10 Days ($5,000 additional stipend)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Iowa Teaching License Three years of successful teaching experience Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable Applicants must have valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa.

Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:

Supporting staff in analyzing and using student data to inform instruction Providing guidance on assessment practices and platforms (e.g., FASTBridge, MAP, ISASP) Integrating instructional technology tools and resources into classroom instruction Coaching staff in data literacy and technology-supported interventions Collaborating with district and building leadership to support continuous improvement efforts using data and digital tools
