Essential Duties
Assist the Teacher in achieving instructional objectives, implementing behavioral strategies, and supporting IEP goals.
Provide tutoring in academic subjects, daily living skills, and social development in both individual and group settings.
Monitor and ensure safe use of classroom tools, materials, and equipment.
Observe, document, and maintain accurate student records in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
Support students with personal care needs, including lifting, toileting, feeding, and hygiene assistance.
Accompany and transport students to activities, programs, and appointments as required.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
