Countertop Installer - Paid Training

is hiring! We're a locally owned stone countertop company under new ownership--and we're looking for dependable individuals ready to learn a hands-on trade and grow into a long-term role.

No experience? No problem.

If you have a strong work ethic and a good attitude, we'll train you to become a skilled countertop installer.

What You'll Do

Install countertops

with a team, using tools and materials safely and accurately (training provided)

Load and secure materials

each morning at our shop in Ixonia

Travel to job sites

across Southeast Wisconsin in company vehicles

Support experienced installers

on-site while learning the trade

Maintain a clean, professional workspace

Communicate respectfully

with homeowners, teammates, and contractors

What We're Looking For

No experience required--

just a willingness to learn

Physically able to lift, push, and pull 100+ lbs Comfortable using hand and power tools (we'll teach you) Punctual, dependable, and ready to work early mornings (start times between 6:30-7:30 AM) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (background check required) Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
