Raymond Building Supply, a division of US LBM, is the area\'s Leading Building Material Supplier in South Florida. We are looking for full-time hourly Installers at our North Port, FL location for any of our departments: Shutters, Millwork, Lumber, Insulation, or Windows

Raymond Building Supply, a division of U.S. LBM, one of the largest specialty building materials distributors in the United States operating a network of leading specialty building material distributors across the county with operating locations in 29 states.

Wage: $31,200.00-$45,760.00 annually depending on overtime. Any additional overtime hours are between 5-10 hours and paid time and a half.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. Home every night.

The position itself is paid hourly, paid on a weekly basis, with full time hours and overtime opportunity plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Install and Service Daily Tasks:

• Follows instructions from field supervisor regarding installation of materials
• Works with other installers to install products as assigned and trained
• Responsible for installation of more technically advanced or demanding building products
• Follows manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products
• Tracks time and materials as required for each installation project
• Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor
• Provides quality customer service
• Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise

Installation Requirements:

• 1+ years in installing building material products (windows, glass, doors, millwork, trim, lumber, insulation, etc) - highly preferred
• Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation
• Good verbal and written skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Able to pass background and drug screening for pre-employment testing
