About the Installation/Repair Technician Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Installation/Repair Technician to handle, install, and repair glass products and projects in both residential and commercial settings.

Precision, safety awareness, and excellent customer service are essential.

Candidates with backgrounds in carpentry, construction, trades, or automotive/mechanical work are encouraged to apply. If you are skilled with hand tools and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Handle, transport, install, and repair a variety of residential and commercial projects Measure, assess, cut, and fit glass for windows, doors, skylights, shower enclosures, mirrors, and more Replace or repair damaged glass and screen panels Work with and install different types of glass Provide top-level customer service and interact professionally with homeowners Ensure all installations meet safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

Perform both in-shop and on-site installations Follow GSG/OSHA safety programs and best practices Operate hand tools safely and competently Read and comprehend measurements using a tape measure Maintain strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
