Job Description

We're looking for team members for a project in Raleigh, NC at an apartment complex property. The job is installing smart apartment technology, such as locks, thermostats, and leak sensors. Training with these devices will be provided on-site, but you will need some handyman experience, including your own tools.

The first day of the project will be November 4th and will run until approximately mid-January. If you are a good fit for the team and available for future projects, there are almost constant opportunities available in the North Carolina area and beyond.

Handyman experience is a huge plus. Ability to travel via car or plane is also a plus.

Tools required include a drill/driver, screwdriver, wire stripper, and level. Some of these tools can be provided, if necessary.

Pay is set as a daily rate, hours are 9-5, M-F.

Timeliness and ability to consistently show up to work are very important. If you do not have reliable transportation, please do not apply.

Since we will be in and out of apartments all day, it's a great opportunity to keep your body moving and a getaway from the boring old office and retail jobs.

Great role for anyone with low voltage wiring experience, electrical experience, handyman experience, building maintenance experience, and technology experience.

Classified as 1099 subcontractors. Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Install and pair smart apartment devices, ensuring proper functionality and integration with systems. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
