We are a fast-growing, anti-corporate startup looking for a full-time
Installation and Sales Specialist
who wants a long-term career with massive growth potential.
This role is perfect for someone who loves golf, wants hands-on work instead of a desk job, learns quickly, communicates exceptionally well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with exciting day-to-day variety.
Every day is different: onsite meetings, installation work, talking to contractors, creating construction diagrams, testing new technology, and helping close high-ticket deals.
No construction or sales experience is required, although it is a major plus.
Golf knowledge is a must.

What You'll Do, Day to DayInstallation and On-Site Work
You will learn how to build world-class indoor simulator bays by working directly with the founder and the install lead. Responsibilities include installing and programming launch monitors, computers, projectors, touchscreen monitors, televisions, and lighting, cutting and installing putting turf and hitting mats, hanging and tensioning impact screens, installing perimeter protection, and building custom cabinets, brackets, and netting solutions. You will also meet with clients and contractors onsite and help create construction diagrams and layouts.
Sales and Customer Interaction
You will assist with sales by talking with inbound prospects, running consultative calls, creating simple renderings, preparing quote overviews, building estimates, following up with warm leads, developing outreach strategies, prospecting homeowners, clubs, gyms, and builders, and helping close simulator packages ranging from $20,000 to $60,000 and beyond. You will also maintain basic CRM updates using HubSpot.
This is a hybrid role involving hands-on installation work, customer interaction, technology setup, and sales support.
Compensation
Base Salary:
$30,000 per year
Commission:
7% commission on warm or inbound leads
12% commission on outbound or self-generated deals
Average sale:
$35,000
Earning potential:
$80,000 to $120,000 or more based on performance
What We're Looking For
Strong passion for golf and a solid understanding of the game
Willingness to learn quickly and take direction
Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and over video
Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
Interest in: installation, technology, and ensuring a great customer experience
Motivation to grow, develop, and take on increasing responsibility over time
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on job sites
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
Sales or customer-facing experience
Construction, AV installation, woodworking, or technical experience
CAD or rendering experience such as SketchUp
Being an avid-golfer, understanding golf terms / clubs, having golf connections in the industry

Full-time W-2 position
Located in Fridley, MN
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional weekends based on installations
Must live in the Twin Cities area
Tools, training, and leads are provided

Pay: $30,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
