We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Installation Manager

to lead the planning, scheduling, and logistics of multiple solar installation crews. As a key member of our operations team, you'll ensure projects are staffed, resourced, and executed on time--delivering high-quality solar installations that exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in scheduling, logistics, and team management, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities




Oversee daily operations for multiple solar installation crews, including staffing, scheduling, materials management, and customer coordination. Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure each project is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Track and analyze workforce performance, hours, quality, and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement. Anticipate and resolve delays or bottlenecks by adjusting schedules, reallocating resources, and communicating changes quickly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job schedules using Excel, Salesforce CRM, and other internal tools. Provide clear communication and updates to employees, subcontractors, and corporate leadership on project status. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports, including progress updates, operating metrics, and recommendations. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction within installation crews.

Qualifications & Experience




Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, construction management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3-5+ years of experience in workforce scheduling, field operations, or supervisory roles (construction or solar industry experience a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and ability to quickly learn new software; Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Strong skills in scheduling, organization, and time management with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of solar installation processes, equipment, and hardware is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $55000 - $65000 / year
