Join our dynamic team as an Installation Helper/Laborer, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the sign installation process. What you'll do

Assist in the installation/removal of various types of interior/exterior signage. Collaborate with team members to prepare job sites and clean up post installation, including but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, setting and securing perimeters, getting visibility for any interior/exterior sign type, and maintaining a clean workspace. Follow ALL safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleague, including wearing protective gear. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any challenges encountered. Support the troubleshooting of issues during installations, providing solutions as needed.

Basic qualifications

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to climb ladders and ascend/descend vertical workspaces. Ability to access/work in tight spaces. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Have basic knowledge of hand tools, including but not limited to: drills, hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, various saws, etc. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in construction or installation work is a plus. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with operating boom/bucket lifts (certification may be required).

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
