Fabrication & Installation Specialist

, you will help bring projects to life from the shop to the field, working on custom signage, branded environments, event activations, and permanent installations. You will build and assemble projects in-house and travel for installations across the country. This is a hands-on role for a versatile, skilled team player who is excited to work on high-impact projects for top brands.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build, assemble, and prepare custom signage, displays, and event structures using wood, metal, plastics, and related materials. Execute installations both in-house and on-site, including stadium branding, events, wall murals, signage, and branded environments. Read and interpret drawings, renderings, and build specs with accuracy. Operate fabrication and finishing equipment, including saws, routers, CNCs, and hand tools. Troubleshoot and problem-solve during fabrication and on-site installations. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition, ensuring timely maintenance and documentation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are ready for installation, meet quality standards, and are completed on schedule.

Skills and requirements needed to succeed:

Minimum 4 years of experience in signage, fabrication, or installation, ideally within events or exhibits settings; this also includes experience working with wood, metal, plastics, and other substrates. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Able to read and work from technical drawings and sketches. Willingness to travel frequently and work nights or weekends as needed. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles. Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work comfortably at heights. OSHA 10, lift operator certification, and DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain). Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have a positive and professional attitude with a "can-do" approach.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
