Installation Coordinator

- Full-Time (No Nights, Minimal Weekends)

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to coordinate and support the installation of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces across the Sioux Falls metro area. This is a full-time role with steady hours, strong benefits, and a great work-life balance. No sales quotas. No overnight travel. Just meaningful work that keeps homes and families comfortable.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate fireplace installation schedules with contractors, builders, and homeowners. Work closely with our install crews and startup team to make sure jobs are well-prepped and on time. Communicate with city inspectors and assist with documentation or manufacturer clarifications. Support showroom operations once a month (evening hours). Occasionally assist with Saturday retail hours (every other week). Learn the technical side of fireplaces--no experience required, we'll train you!

What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and follow-through Construction or trades background is helpful, but not required Basic computer skills (we'll train you on the rest) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude -- we work hard and have fun doing it
