INSTALL TECH - BUILD COOL PROJECTS & TRAVEL THE REGION

Location: Bismarck, ND
Travel: North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana (overnight travel with paid hotels and per diem)

What You'll Do

Install specialty products on job sites with guidance from senior Install Techs Learn installation methods using manufacturer training, manuals, and hands-on coaching Represent SP&E with a professional, positive attitude Keep tools, vehicles, and shop areas clean and organized Review plans and drawings to understand each project Use a digital management system for daily logs and updates Attend toolbox talks and occasional project meetings

Requirements

Team-oriented, reliable, and coachable Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to stay organized and multitask Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check Must be legally eligible for employment in the U.S.

Due to jobsite requirements and travel, applicants must meet background standards set by customers and project partners.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in varying jobsite conditions

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
