Job Description
Duties
Enhance landscapes by planting trees, shrubs and perennials Install Xeriscapes: convert lawns to colorful New Mexico plants Lay fabric and install gravel/boulders, modification of irrigation systems Build small retaining walls, lay flagstone or pavers Install sod Landscape demolition: remove gravel/soil, shrubs, or unwanted vegetation
Skills
Experience using landscape equipment such as : bobcat, chainsaw, trencher, demo saw, blowers, and trimmers Ability to complete quality work within assigned timeframes Capability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures Maintain positive attitude and hard working Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration
Qualifications
Communicate effectively in English Minimum 1 year experience with a licensed landscape company or similar industry Ability to lift 75lbs Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Provide 1 professional reference from previous employer/supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour
