DIRECT REPORTS: ALL STAFF WHO PARTICIPATE IN INSTALLS AND/OR DISMANTLES
Highly organized and motivated with excellent follow-up & problem-solving skills.
Pleasant, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor in interactions with vendors, clients, and colleagues.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs. and be on one's feet for long periods of time.
Ability to train, motivate, engage, and mentor employees.
Proficiency in HMR Direct, E-Mail, Google Calendar, and Drive.
Ability to read and speak English. Conversational Spanish is a plus.
ADMINISTRATION:
Create and update documents (in conjunction with HR), such as:
Job descriptions
Training materials
Bonus payment guidelines
Uniform requirements
Protocols for handling on-site issues
Formulate agendas for and hold staff meetings to share company directives, provide updates to policies and/or procedures, and provide training. Consistently gather employee feedback for process improvement.
Ensure that Leads fulfill their responsibilities to the fullest extent to include:
Meet with the sales team prior to the event.
Pre-install crew meetings at call time with an overview of work and timelines.
Uniform compliance.
Proper documentation (install reports, injury paperwork & attendance logs)
Provide accurate, approved, and timely payroll & reporting data to Accounting and HR to include:
Bonus logs
4-hour minimums
Correct/edit punches/hours
Holiday pay and special incentives
Tardy/No Shows
Review weekly Install and Dismantle Reports and complete the following:
Investigate any issues that arose during event installations or dismantles.
Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the General Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist, and or HR as necessary.
Formulate a plan to ensure any issues are properly resolved, keeping customer service and employee relations as paramount.
File electronically in Direct.
Make recommendations to Department Managers for changes to internal processes or required training.
EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT:
Schedule all Event Installation and Dismantle shifts a minimum of 3 weeks out.
Serve as the first point of contact for all Install/Dismantle employees.
Responsible for subordinate management to include:
Supervision of employees' work and uniform compliance, to include spot checks during installs & dismantles.
Daily monitoring of employee time clock punches for accuracy.
Schedule and approve vacation, sick & personal time. Coordinate information with HR.
Conduct and contribute to annual Performance Evaluations.
Interview potential candidates.
Facilitate any corrective actions necessary. Documentation as required by HR.
Train and mentor both new and existing employees, with a focus on processes, efficiencies, and standards of HMR Designs.
Research training and professional development opportunities, as necessary.
Maintain continuous contact with staff to foster goodwill and facilitate employee retention.
Identify potential new Leads.
Any special projects, as necessary.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
