Position Overview

:
We are seeking a highly motivated

Inspections Agent

to join our dynamic and culture-focused team. As an Inspections Agent, you will manage and schedule customer accounts through the inspection process including working closely with customers, field employees, and jurisdiction inspectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, documentation of the work and results, and progressing the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the inspection calendar in assigned market including coordinating appointments with homeowners, city building departments, and field operations according to the jurisdiction's requirements Monitor and track field employee attendance to ensure all scheduled calendar events are adhered to Review all projects in their assigned area to ensure they are progressing through the inspection process according to company standards and SLAs Review inspection results with homeowners and effectively communicate if any fixes are required, making sure to create a positive customer experience Maintain accurate project documentation, including updates in various CRM and Scheduling softwares and reports

Qualifications:

Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred but not required Strong problem solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve unforeseen or time-sensitive scheduling conflicts to keep projects on track Experience with escalations and complain resolution Strong communication and interpersonal skills with field employees and customers Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Ability to navigate websites, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management software
