We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. This role is key in supporting our sales efforts by nurturing leads, managing ongoing client relationships, and ensuring every step of the customer journey is handled with precision and care.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle, which may span weeks to months.
Respond to inquiries, provide product and service information, and follow up with clients proactively.
Assist outside sales reps by coordinating quotes, tracking progress, and documenting customer needs accurately.
Manage Sales systems and maintain meticulous records of all interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
Who You Are:
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A strong communicator who can build rapport and trust over the phone and via email.
Experienced in handling complex sales or service cycles (experience with industrial, technical, or custom products is a plus).
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office QuickBooks
Able to manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer service, inside sales, or support role with a long sales process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Experience with B2B sales or manufactures preferred.
