Inside Sales Representative:

Our Peoria facility is seeking a highly motivated and professional inside sales representative to promote our products and capabilities. The responsibilities of this position include:

Managing day-to-day transactions for assigned accounts via phone or email Responding to customer quotes in a timely manner Following up on previously quoted business Entering new customer orders Negotiating with customers on pricing, due date, and other commitments Coordinate sales plan with outside sales representatives and management Developing a good understanding of our customers and their products/needs Monitoring in-process orders to ensure on-time delivery Prospecting new business Preparing sales reports for management and customers Developing strong relationships with assigned accounts
Position Requirements:

2+ years of sales or sales management experience Manufacturing or steel related experience preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong conversational skills Excellent customer service skills Strong negotiation skills Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
