The Role
We're looking for a
Tactical Inside Sales Rep
who's ready to step in, execute, and help drive the next phase of our growth. We are a fast-growing business that has a fast opportunity. You'll be on the front lines of our sales operations -- connecting with customers, driving revenue, and making sure every mission is supported with the right gear. This isn't a call-center job. It's about building real relationships, understanding the needs of tactical professionals, and delivering solutions that perform when it counts. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that works hard, moves fast, and takes care of its customers. This is a hands-on sales role -- no scripts, just real conversations and a strong follow-through,
Responsibilities
Take inbound calls and inquiries -- respond fast, follow through, and close.
Make outbound calls to drive new business and strengthen existing accounts.
Know the gear -- from plate carriers and optics to comms and uniforms -- and guide customers to what fits their mission.
Manage quotes, orders, and follow-ups through our CRM system.
Partner with other inside sales and procurement teams to support large or specialized accounts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
