As we grow, we're looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving our success.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving awareness and education among natural retailers. You'll introduce Wholesun's solutions, nurture relationships, understand customer needs, and convert leads into loyal customers through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This is a unique opportunity to represent an innovative solution while working on a collaborative, mission-driven team and helping expand patient access to better options.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to introduce our offerings and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities.
Stay informed on product knowledge.
Coordinate training to new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Assist in processing customer orders and provide customer support by answering inquiries about products, services, costs, and shipping.
Qualifications
Natural Products industry experience in retail, manufacturer representation, or brokering
1-3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience (natural channel experience preferred) with a proven record of sales success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and driven, demonstrating grit, resilience, and a passion for growth and learning.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and develop a customer list effectively.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a high energy environment.
Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace.
