is expanding and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our winning team.

We are looking for a driven, energetic, professional sales representative to join our sales team. We require proven sales experience and solid automotive knowledge, but we'll train you on our sales process and the recycled parts industry.

The sales team operates in a high energy, fast paced environment that focuses on providing our customers a quality product and outstanding service.

We would like to talk with you if you:

have automotive knowledge and/or automotive shop experience have sales experience in any field have a great personality and a positive outlook have computer, internet and basic Microsoft Office experience are competitive and have a desire to learn and grow are bi-lingual (Spanish) (but is not required)
An Inside Sales Associate is required to:

Establish strong, trusting relationships with customers nationwide Manage multiple phone lines at a time while helping walk-in customers Provide outstanding customer service by helping customers find the parts they need for their vehicle Partner with team members to help fulfill orders and resolve potential issues Strive each day to meet and exceed sales goals in all revenue streams
Top performers make over $75,000 per year, with no cap on earning potential. Your earnings are only limited by your ability to prospect and cultivate your customer base. We are seeking sales associates who have the ability to close deals and want to continue to learn. We will teach you about our business and industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
