Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Respond to Inbound Leads:

Engage promptly and professionally with potential clients contacting us through phone, email, or online channels.

Client Inquiries:

Provide accurate information about services and assist clients in understanding the best solutions for their situation.

CRM Management:

Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and monitor new leads as they come in.

Client Follow-Ups:

Deliver case updates, answer questions, and ensure clients feel supported throughout their engagement with us.
