The Opportunity: We provide the leads; you close them.

We are looking for motivated closers to join our team. We are currently hiring for two positions:

One Full-Time, Year-Round Representative

(Start date March 2nd)

One Seasonal Summer Representative

(May - August)

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay:

Hourly base equivalent to $23,000-$25,000 per year.

Uncapped Commission:

Our reps typically earn

$4,000-$6,000 in commission per month

(plus base pay) during the spring and summer peak seasons.

2026 Growth:

We are significantly bolstering our marketing budget for 2026 to ensure a consistent flow of warm leads.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Logan, UT office. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Closing:

Converting warm leads provided by the company into long-term customers.

Lead Management:

Efficiently managing and following up on inbound inquiries.

Customer Excellence:

Providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Account Management:

Maintaining accurate records and managing customer accounts through the sales cycle.

Pay: $23,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
