Position Overview
As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as the front line of our acquisitions engine. Your primary responsibility is to convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our Acquisitions Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries
  • Qualify sellers using structured questions and active listening
  • Consistently follow up with leads to keep conversations moving
  • Set qualified appointments for our Acquisitions team
  • Manage and organize your daily pipeline within the CRM
  • Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks
  • Build rapport with sellers and guide them through the early stages of the process
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly KPIs around calls, talk time, follow-up, and conversion
  • Support the team in keeping deals moving from contract to close
Key Performance Indicators
  • Daily outbound calls & talk time
  • Speed-to-lead response
  • Number of qualified appointments set and attended
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
  • CRM accuracy, consistency, and follow-up cadences
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of Inside Sales, Lead Management, Cold Calling, or Call Center experience (Real Estate preferred)
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal/written communication
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a lead pipeline
  • A competitive, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in CRM platforms (Podio, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace
Compensation & Schedule
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Compensation: Base + Commission | OTE $65,000/year
