What You'll Do (aka where you shine)
Own and grow a targeted territory of aesthetics and eye care practices
(Med Spas, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, you name it) Sell remotely using digital tools, virtual calls, and smart follow-ups
Take a
consultative sales approach
understanding practice needs and aligning solutions
Deliver virtual training to practice staff and support pull-through programs
Build strong, ethical, long-term relationships with Heath Care Providers and their teams
Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and account progress
Adjust strategies based on territory insights, customer feedback, and results
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
1-3 years of inside or outside sales success (pharma or B2B preferred)
Proven ability to sell effectively in a
remote / virtual environment
Strong business and financial acumen (you understand how your customers make money)
Confidence using CRM systems, sales tools, and new technology
Excellent communication skills (you know how to listen andlead)
Comfort working across time zones and managing your own schedule
A team-first mindset in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Willingness to travel up to ~5% (including occasional overnight)
